Srinivas Maheedhar T is an experienced leader with over 20 years of experience in software development and quality assurance. He is currently the Director of Application Engineering for Financial Services at Pega Systems, where he has been working since 2010. Srinivas is passionate about delivering great products, servicing customers, building partnerships within organizations and industries, and enjoys a good mix of technology, strategic leadership, and people management and development in his roles. In his current position at Pega Systems, Srinivas is responsible for leading the delivery of financial services applications, including Pega Smart Disputes for Payments, Pega Smart Investigate, and Pega CLM and KYC. He also leads the Application Engineering Services Group, which includes Industry Applications Foundations, Insurance Underwriting applications development, Performance Engineering, Sustenance Engineering, Quality Center of Excellence, and Localization Practice. In addition, he has led the Insurance Development Group for one year. Before joining Pega Systems, Srinivas worked at SumTotal Systems as a Senior QA Manager. He has also worked at Pega Systems as a Senior QA Manager, where he was responsible for leading industry applications development across multiple verticals, including financial services, healthcare, communications, life sciences, and insurance domains. In this role, he designed and implemented software QA, test automation, continuous integration best practices, performance engineering, sustaining engineering, and applications localization. Srinivas has a Master of Technology degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aeronautical Society of India. He also holds a Master of Technology degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Srinivas has experience in QA, software engineering, CI/CD, SDET, test, and integration. With 23.28 years of relevant experience, he is a seasoned professional in the field of software development and quality assurance.
